My name is Nichole Webster.
I have been a paramedic for four years.
I love to read - I love to write - I love to swim, bike and run.
Most people might describe me as outgoing - loud - caring.
Most people don't know what I am about to admit - and that I am scared to.
April 17th, 2020 - My last shift at work.
I felt shame - I felt anger - I felt small.
I still do.
I was diagnosed with PTSD and anxiety.
And I hid it from everyone I know.
Until today.
This blog is my journey.
Ending the stigma of mental health.
Ending my shame and my self-hatred.
Beginning my transparent healing.
